looks like an old Newsletter article. I'll see if I can work with IT to
remove them from the results of the search.
Nationally and internationally, the definition can change a bit. There is no definitive set of percentages that all educational institutions adhere to, though there are trends and policies.
Sloan-C and Quality Matters can provide more info as can the Provost's
office as they deal with State regulations, etc. (in case you want to
investigate this and bring to the committee for discussion)....At AU
though, we do have one definition that we officially use and that has
been codified in the Distance Learning Policy, and no others.
